Quotes

We always send a fully trained fitter to quote as they are most able to advise on which product would suit your needs and answer any questions you may have regarding fitting and products. 

A maximum of 2 free quote visits per each order, after which any additional visits for the same order are chargeable at £10.00 per visit.  

All quotes are no obligation and are valid for 6 months.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the full balance is required upon acceptance of quote by customer.  Deposit refunds are not given as we purchase fixtures and fittings specifically for you in advance of fitting. 

Balance Payment

Payment of the final balance is required 24 hours prior to fitting.  Non-payment by this time could result in your fitting being delayed. 

Payment should be made as above and we do not offer instalment payments.
